Everyone's favorite winter break activity is back! Join us January 2-3, 2025 at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Tulsa, OK for "OYC". Our evening speaker will be Louisiana Youth President: Rev. Drew Galloway from Bogalusa, LA. Our Worship Leader will be Brittani Scott from Seattle, WA.

What is the Price of OYC?

  • Early Registration: $35 - Before Dec 16th.

  • Late Registration:​ $50 - Before Dec 30th

What are the Afterburners?​

  • Thursday Night Student: Ninowski Recreation Center - Chick-Fil-A & pizza, roller skating, and basketball from 10:00pm until 1:00am. (Note: $15 early registration, $20 late registration which is after Dec. 16th)

  • Thursday Night Hyphen: An ALL NEW event this year for Hyphen only, ages 18-30(single, never married). Happening at "The Church Today" from 10:00pm-1:00am. (Note: $10 early registration, $15 late registration which is after Dec. 16th)

  • Friday Night Student & Hyphen: WeStreet Ice Center - Dinner, Arcade and Ice Skating from 10:00pm until 1:00am. (Note: Note: $25 early registration, $30 late registration which is after Dec. 16th).

What is the cost if I'm a chaperone, and I have my child/children with me?

  • Children under the age of 10 are free to attend OYC, but they must pay for entrance into Afterburners.

Where do we stay?

  • We don't require you to stay anywhere, but most attendees stay in the Renaissance Hotel where the event is held.

  • There is special pricing available for OYC attendees.

  • Reservations should be made directly with the Renaissance Tulsa for your group. The convention rate is $89.00 per night plus tax. Sleeping capacity is four person per room. All reservations must be made by Thursday, December 5th to ensure this rate.  Reserve your rooms by 1 of the 2 options below:
