What are the Afterburners?
Monday Night Student: Ninowski Recreation Center - Chick-Fil-A & pizza, roller skating, and basketball from 10:00pm until 1:00am.
Monday Night Hyphen: An ALL NEW event this year for Hyphen only, ages 18-30(single, never married). Happening at "K2C Gyms" from 10:00pm-1:00am.
Tuesday Night Student & Hyphen: WeStreet Ice Center - Dinner, Arcade and Ice Skating from 10:00pm until 1:00am.
What is the cost if I'm a chaperone, and I have my child/children with me?
Children under the age of 10 are free to attend OYC, but they must pay for entrance into Afterburners.
Where do we stay?
We don't require you to stay anywhere, but most attendees stay in the Renaissance Hotel where the event is held.
There is special pricing available for OYC attendees.
Reservations should be made directly with the Renaissance Tulsa for your group. The convention rate is $89.00 per night plus tax. Sleeping capacity is four person per room. All reservations must be made by Monday, December 8th to ensure this rate. Reserve your rooms by 1 of the 2 options below:
