Oklahoma Youth Convention

Everyone's favorite Christmas break activity is back! Join us December 28-29, 2023 at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa, OK. Our evening speaker will be Rev. Myron Wideman Jr, from Atlanta, GA, and Cortt Chavis from Loganville, GA will be our Worship Leader.

FAQ's

What is the Price of OYC?

  • Early Registration: $35 - Before Dec 12th.

  • Late Registration:​ $50 - Before Dec 26th

What are the Afterburners?​

  1. Thursday Night: Ninowski Recreation Center - Chick-Fil-A & pizza, roller skating, and basketball from 10:00pm until 1:30am. (Note: if purchased after Dec 11th, ticket will be $20)

  2. Friday Night Option 1: Incredible Pizza (Food + $10 Game Card) - from 10:30pm until 1:30am. (Note: if purchased after Dec 11th, ticket will be $20). 

  3. Friday Night Option 2: Incredible Pizza (Food Only) FOOD ONLY PASS IS AVAILABLE FOR CHAPERONES ONLY. From 10:30pm until 1:30am. (Note: if purchased after Dec 11th, ticket will be $10)

What is the cost if I'm a chaperone, and I have my child/children with me?

  • Children under the age of 10 are free to attend OYC, but they must pay for entrance into Afterburners.

Where do we stay?

  • We don't require you to stay anywhere, but most attendees stay in the Renaissance Hotel where the event is held.

  • There is special pricing available for OYC attendees.

  • Reservations should be made directly with the Renaissance Tulsa for your group. The convention rate is $87.00 per night plus tax. Sleeping capacity is four person per room. All reservations must be made by Thursday, December 14th to ensure this rate.  Reserve your rooms by 1 of the 2 options below:
