Each student is required to bring this completed form (with pastor’s signature) to be eligible for Oklahoma Youth Convention.

2. Book Your Hotel Rooms

Reservations should be made directly with the Renaissance Tulsa for your group. The convention rate is $87.00 per night plus tax. Sleeping capacity is four person per room. All reservations must be made by Thursday, December 14th to ensure this rate. Reserve your rooms by 1 of the 2 options below:
